An illustration I made for the Rush Hour 20 year anniversary. I still get fond and warm memories from the time Rush Hour was located at Spuistraat 98 when I look at this illustration. The orange floor was special to me, as were the discoveries I made by working at a recordstore which prides itself with having the best selection of music, records, dvd’s, books and magazines in the world. 

It has been a great gift so have spent so much time working at an independent music retailer where a discerning critical view (and ear) was mandatory. It made me dig deeper into knowledge, culture, frequencies, movements. Glad I met some friends along the way at this save haven for music lovers.
