An illustration I made for the Rush Hour 20 year anniversary. Unfortunately this ended up being rejected. That doesn’t take away that I enjoyed the effort, and still get fond and warm memories from the time Rush Hour was located at Spuistraat 98 when I look at this illustration. The orange floor was special to me, as were the discoveries I made by working at a recordstore which prides itself with having the best selection of music, records, dvd’s, books and magazines in the world. Next to treasure hunting, it was politcs, sports and drudgery too. Glad I met some friends along the way at this save haven for music lovers.
